House perfectly adapted to children.
Close to the typical marina of la Cotiniere, 10 minutes away from the beach, in the quiet Chefmalière village, beautiful, bright and large detached house (180 sq.m) with private garden, patio, car park and second private garden (2000 sq.m). The house is very homely and pleasant all year round, without a neighbour in sight! It is very close to many cycling paths and walking itinerary.
The house has exposed stones and a lot of character in its green surroundings.
-Large living and dining room with insert fireplace, cable TV, DVD player,
-A large room, relaxating room and library (with books).
These two rooms have brand new double bed settees
- Large fully equipped kitchen, two back kitchens for the washing machines, tumbler dryer, the large freezer, cutlery and all the necessary kitchen equipment for 14 people

My wife and I and a bunch (10) of our friends stayed here for a week during September... It was such a beautiful home - I wish we could have stayed longer! There's a really cute beach which is only about a 10 minute walk from the property, so it was great not having to drive much. The next town over has a really picturesque harbor, where we grabbed some fresh fish. I think one of the things we really appreciated was the great service shown throughout our stay.. This was really important as we were all traveling from far away.
