About this villa rental
Gîtes of character, "Oda Verte" and "Oda Bleue" are arranged for you to spend a quiet and relaxing holiday with friends or family. These are 2 houses of 100 m² that can accommodate up to 8 -10 people each, built by an architect in a Vendée barn. The rustic character of this building has been saved by the latter: exposed timbers, coated stone walls. This set is ideal for groups of up to 18 people by booking the 2 cottages.
Open on a private and shaded garden, the cottages are decorated in shades of green reminiscent of the surrounding countryside for "Oda Verte", and in shades of blue and white recalling the proximity of the sea for "Blue Oda" . You will find in each cottage all that you need for a successful holiday: with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms each, life in 8 is very comfortable. This is 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms in all !!!
The 2 lodgings are composed as follows:
- A stay / living room equipped kitchen of 40 m ²
- A parental suite of about 15 m² with a 140/160 cm bed + a bathroom + toilet on the ground floor
- A convertible sofa is located in the GREEN ODA for a 17 and 18th sleeping if necessary.
- Upstairs, there are 2 bedrooms with, for the first, 2 beds of 90 cm that can be compared to make a parental room, and for the second, 2 bunk beds, or 4 beds of 90 cm + a bathroom + WC.
NEW: A fully equipped common kitchen of 50 m2 will allow you to eat in a friendly and very pleasant!
From mid-April to October, you will enjoy the indoor pool and heated to at least 27 °. The top shelter stores the warmth you will enjoy early or late in the season. When the weather is good, we deploy the shelter for you to enjoy an outdoor pool. In its enclosed garden, the sunny outdoor terrace, relaxing, relaxing and tanning: the dream of a successful holiday.
And of course, safely !!!!
Near the Atlantic Ocean, it takes only 1 / 2h to meet on the sunny beaches of fine sand of St Gilles Croix de Vie.
In Vendée, the tourist animations are not lacking and you will easily make your choice by consulting our tourist documentation: heritage, history, culture, hiking, gastronomy, amusement parks like Puy du Fou, O'Gliss Park and Indian Forest ...
You will be in an incredibly calm and relaxing environment, in full Vendée grove, but only 5 Kms from downtown Aizenay or Poiré Sur Vie. It is paradise for mountain bike, pedestrian, running and discovering the local flora.
It only takes 30 minutes to access the beautiful Vendée beaches of St Gilles Croix de Vie and 1 hour to get to the most beautiful park in the world: Le Puy du Fou.
Two masonry barbecues arranged on each of the terraces will await you to spend a good time around grills !!!!
We also provide cot and high chair on request.
Be aware that these cottages are classified 2 *, pledge of quality and service.
During your stay, we will be there to answer your questions, but we will leave you alone so that you can enjoy a maximum. We can intervene quickly if you need because we live only 5 Kms from "Oda", but we know well the former owners who still live in the village! there will always be someone to help you! !!!
A cleaning fee can be offered up to 140 € for all lodgings.
An option of rent of complete adornment of sheets is at your disposal for 15 € per bed. This includes a pillowcase, a duvet cover and a fitted sheet.
A deposit of 1000 € will be required upon your arrival and may be used in cases of compensation for excessive damage or other anomalies, breakages may be caused.
Holiday vouchers ANCV accepted.
We also bring extreme importance to the regulation of the pool at the level of children: never leave them in the pool unattended!

Our party of 12 of all ages had a great break in this fantastic property. The layout worked superbly for 4 different families yet allowed us to come together for large meals together. The secure pool area was especially good for the grandkids. The property is close enough to the beach yet set in quiet countryside, so there is something for everyone. Thanks you Carine and Landry for providing some great memories for our family.

Beutiful converted house with lovely pool. So much space. The area is peaceful with a short trip to the nearest shops and restaurants.

We had a great time at this excellent accommodation. Everyone's kids loved the pool and there was space in the house for all 16 of us. The owner is very helpful and friendly. All in all, we really enjoyed our fortnight here.
