At La Barre-de-Monts, this house promises you a magnificent stay! You can stay there in large numbers, with family or friends, for assured moments of conviviality. Completely renovated and tastefully decorated, you won't lack anything to make your stay a success. Its garden and its heated swimming pool, open from 15 April to 30 September, are an invitation to relax and enjoy the iodised air that the Côte de Lumière offers you. It is a 250 m² house, welcoming and completely renovated, located beachfront with sea views on the upper floor, situated in La Barre-de-Monts. It has 6 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 22 people. The rental has a fenced garden, with a terrace equipped with garden furniture. Within the house itself, you will find internet access via Wi-Fi, a hairdryer, a cot with bars and a television in each bedroom. As for the open-plan kitchen, it is equipped with induction hobs, a refrigerator and freezer, a microwave, an oven, a washing machine, a tumble dryer, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a deep fryer, a toaster, a kettle and a citrus press.

- The heated swimming pool is open from 15 April to 30 September.

We had a brilliant week and the house was beautiful and spacious. We are a family of 11 and the house absorbed us all easily and comfortably. The photographs on website do not do it justice. The location is fabulous as we were able to walk to the beach and into the little town where we found great restaurants and creperies not to mention ice creams! Pool area with shower and toilet was excellent. ( My only one very minor comment is that it would have been nice to have had two toilets upstairs ) We would definitely return.
