Recently renovated, it offers beautiful living rooms including 2 bedrooms on the first floor (one is through) and 2 bedrooms upstairs.
These rooms, to improve your comfort, are all independently air-conditioned.
In addition, there is also a bathroom per level as well as a toilet.
Perfectly located on Ronce Les Bains, the cycle paths pass right in front of the house.
The town centre is 1 km away, the daily market is 500 m away.
The beaches, for swimming or fishing on foot are located less than 1 km away.
The many forest tracks of the forest of La Coubre, for walking, running, or cycling, are only a few hundred meters away.
We leave you at your disposal our fishing accessories, our quality bikes (including child seat and cart) as well as barbecue and plancha so that you can fully enjoy your stay.
In order to guarantee you perfect hygiene of the accommodation, the cleaning fee is included in the rental.
Bed linen and towels are not provided. Only fabric mattress pads are provided.

Nous avons passé une super semaine chez Henriette ! La maison est très propre, il y a tout le matériel nécessaire pour passer un séjour en bord de mer. Propriétaire très réactif et très sympathique. Je recommande pour séjour en famille ou entre amis

Sehr gepflegte und kürzlich renovierte Unterkunft. Wir haben uns mit 6 Personen (2 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder) hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Küche und Esszimmer (Wintergarten) sind sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief vor und während des Aufenthalts reibungslos und wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen.
