Welcome to our magnificent family home completely renovated, designed to offer comfort, space and conviviality.
With a capacity of 8 to 12 people, this house is ideal for large families or groups of friends wishing to enjoy a stay in Royan, just 5 minutes from the beaches of Pontaillac and the Grande Conche.
The villa has three comfortable bedrooms:
- a suite with a double bed 180 × 200 and a baby cot;
- a bedroom with a double bed and a trundle bed;
- a dedicated children's bedroom with two single beds, including a white leather "princess" bed and another bed in the shape of a race car.
The living areas are spacious and bright. You will enjoy a large brand new American kitchen, equipped with a large central island, open to the dining room and the living room. Two sofa beds can accommodate additional guests.
The house also includes a bathroom, two toilets, three verandas and a very large furnished terrace with garden furniture, ideal for family meals or summer evenings.
Outside, a large wooded park offers a pleasant space for children, games, relaxation and outdoor dining.
The villa is fully equipped to make you feel just like at home: dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, oven, microwave, barbecue, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, drying rack, as well as everything you need to cook.
For families with young children, a cot, a stroller and three car seats (groups 1, 2 and 3) are available.
You can also rent bicycles on site (adults and children) to discover Royan and its many cycle paths.
La The house has a privileged location: opposite a bakery and a fruit and vegetable shop, a short walk from a butcher's shop, a fishmonger's, other local shops, 400 metres from a tree climbing park and a clinic, and only 1 km from a supermarket.
The cycle path is right in front of the house. A bus stop right next to the house.
For your comfort, a cleaning kit and shower gel are provided. A towel kit (a large bath towel and a hand towel) is available on request at a rate of €2 per person.
