The house known as "Cascade" is a beautiful 150m² family home spread over 3 levels: the garden level, the first floor, and the first floor. It can accommodate up to 11 people. Ideally located, you can walk to Pontaillac, Pigeonnier Beach, or Chay Beach. The center of Royan is very close, as is the Thalazur (formerly Novotel), which is bordered by a fitness trail. The house is laid out as follows: On the garden level are the first two bedrooms, one of which we call the dormitory. The first bedroom has a double bed (140 cm), while the dormitory has a sofa bed (for 2 people) and two pull-out beds (four single beds, 90 cm). This level can therefore accommodate 8 people. The dormitory is equipped with a television and a coffee table; this space can easily be transformed into a sitting area. On the same level is a first bathroom (shower) with a single sink and shower. A separate entrance is possible on this level if desired. On the first floor, you can enjoy the large, fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, induction hob, extractor hood, kettle, toaster, filter and Nespresso coffee makers). Meals can be enjoyed in the kitchen thanks to the convertible table and chairs. The utility room is equipped with a washing machine and a sink. The kitchen and utility room can be separated by a sliding door. A separate toilet is located on this level. The living room, a separate room in its own right, is equipped with a television, comfortable armchairs, books, and board games. Internet access is available. Finally, head to the first floor where you can accommodate 5 additional people. The two bedrooms are arranged as follows: The blue room: One single bed (90 cm) and one double bed (160 cm). A desk area and a television. The pink room: One double bed (160 cm). Each bedroom has storage space and a balcony with a partial sea view. A second separate toilet is available on this floor, as well as a second bathroom (with bathtub), shower, and double vanity. Linens are not included in the price but can be provided upon request for an additional fee, as can bed making. Duvets and pillows are available. Wi-Fi is available; pets are not allowed. Smoking is prohibited in the property. Noise disturbances at night may result in police intervention. House rules require quiet in the residence from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. This accommodations are not accessible to people with disabilities. ATTENTION: Any arrival after 8:00 PM and until 10:00 PM will be charged an additional €30 on site. Arrivals between 10:00 PM and midnight will be charged an additional €50, payable on site. No departures before 6:00 AM. From 6:00 AM to 8:00 AM, any departure will be charged an additional €30.
