Location! location! location!
Great place to stay in the Redlight district
High energy area!
The host was EXTREMELY helpful and quick to respond to any needs, highly recommend!!
Steep stairs, but as long as you’re in good shape, it’s definitely tolerable, but beware there is no elevator. Also would love to have had a safe, but we felt the place was safe and had no missing items.

It is convenient near central station . It was our 3rd visit and it never disappoints. The host is lovely and very helpful. We are planning our next stay with Marietje ❤️

Everything is great, the location, the host, the privacy, it’s all great.
Nothing, really. It’s a bit simple but I wasn’t looking for catered-to luxury, so it was/is great for me.

Location of the object was in red light district. So IT perfect.
Room was not ass good ad as in Pictures. But in general IT was ok
$$$$
