Quiet, not too far from the centre of Amsterdam (a 10 minute walk for us). Very comfortable with great WiFi and shower. Everything you’d need in the kitchen was there. It ticked nearly all of the boxes. Owner was always there if we needed them :)
It’s very bright with no privacy in living room part of apartment due to no blind at the patio window. This is an easy negative to rectify hopefully. Steep stairs 3 floors up wasn’t a problem for us but could be for others.

La ubicación y la luz interior.
Estaba sucio, lleno de polvo por los muebles y bolas de polvo por las esquinas. En el techo de la habitación una tela de añana y las ventanas con cagadas de pájaros. Además nos encontramos con la basura de los inquilinos anteriores, lo que significa que no fueron a limpiar para nuestra entrada. Por otro lado, es un tercero sin ascensor, escaleras muy empinadas y no tiene aire acondicionado. El precio me pareció excesivo, para el servicio ofrecido. Me hubiera ido a un hotel en el centro por el mismo precio.
