Girls get together, great location and met all our needs.

Perfect location, well equipped.

Decor was a little tired. We had trouble accessing the property as the key to the gate was very difficult to use, it took us 15 minutes to open it.

Not bad

This is my third stay. The facilities are old and not as new and clean as last year and the year before. There were plenty of dishwashing cubes prepared in advance, but this time there were only two. 3 days for 7 of us was obviously not enough. I probably won't come again in the future. Maybe it's because the house is for sale. The landlord has not done enough to take care of the house.

Think there were a few additional bits of cleaning that could have been done- the shower door strip in the attic bathroom needed cleaning or replacing and there was a bit of mild

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property.

Location and facilities. We had everything we needed within the house. Plenty of pans, crockery, cutlery and glasses. Inside the property was clean and well maintained.

As it happens the weather wasn’t good so we had no call to sit outside. But if it had been good the outside facilities needed a bit of attention. There was no detail in what to do with rubbish and recycling so we just had to leave it in the kitchen area.

Lovely place but attention to details would have made it more enjoyable

Spacious, comfy beds and quality bed linen and towels

The lower patio area with seating and table was dirty, plus needed a good sweep. As this area is first impression you see it was disappointing. Lack of any incidentals such as salt, foil etc was frustrating, especially for the price paid.

Excellent location. Good parking. Well equipped, clean holiday home with everything you need.

The outdoor areas could do with some upkeep in preparation for the warmer weather - flags cleaning, weeding with an overall clean.

Christmas tree was a nice touch - property was so much better than photos- the downstairs apartment was a bonus as was the parking

Fabulous house for a family get together, well equipped and close to all amenities

Ideally located for beach and shops/restaurants. Easy free parking at the rear. We managed to park 3 cars during our stay. Well equipped kitchens, bedrooms and bathrooms, very good quality bed linen and towels. Comfortable living and dining area. Lovely touch with the coffee pods, flowers, Prosecco and welsh cakes we found on arrival.

Although upstairs was really warm, we found the downstairs suite rather cold, but maybe we didn’t have the heating set properly. One of our party struggles with stairs, so that was a downside as there are a lot of steps, but we knew that beforehand and she managed.

Wonderful house great location

We had a group of 9 friends spending a weekend away stay here, was quick and easy to book and get the keys, the house was beautiful and right in the centre of this lovely seaside town, across the road from a pub and a club, excellent weekend and even better place to go back to, thanks again!
