We had a short stay, know the area well, and all was good overall.

There was a drain type smell, which seemed to be everywhere in the vicinity of the bungalow, but this was presumably because treatment works next door to site, and weather had been hot and dry for several weeks.

I had to clean all the dishes when we arrived as they were really dirty. The fridge was dirty and had hair in. The decking and furniture were dirty and had leaves all over it. The beds are very uncomfortable. Very small gap between bunk beds so suitable for any older than a toddler

Location was good close to Saundersfoot. Hot Tub was a nice Idea

The chalet was tired and not very superior as named. There is a lack of maintenance to keep the properties fresh, clean, and tidy. Blinds on windows are broken, no locks on rooms or bathrooms, no cleaning equipment like mops, etc. The outside is messy with spiders 🕸 🕷 webs and things. The roofs of the buildings need serious cleaning. Quite poor, really, and top.dollar price.

Great stay for the whole family in a beautiful little bungalow

Easy to find, close to local amenities but in a nice peaceful location. Hot tub was a winner for the whole family and being able to take out dog with us was just the icing on the cake!

We stayed In a bungalow with a hot tub which was fantastic. There was plenty of room in the accommodation and it was lovely and peaceful mostly situated just a few minutes away from the main site. The pool was great although got busy very quickly in late morning. The staff were really friendly and helpful to. We didn’t use the clubhouse but it looked good when we walked past it

The accommodation isn’t 5 star luxury and could do with a little lick of paint etc but it’s very comfortable and a bargain for what we paid so really can’t complain have had far worse accommodation at other campsites. Downside is there were a few people by us with dogs who seemed to go out for an evening and leave the dog in the room so a few hours of constant barking did follow. Luckily our doggy neighbour was only there for 1 night that overlapped with our stay.

The bungalow was amazing, it was very clean and spacious, we didn't want to leave, it exceeded our expectations, can't wait to stay here again :) Great location to, close to Saundersfoot and tenby beaches, the clubhouse offered amazing entertainment we really enjoyed our stay. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Would definitely stay here again ;)

Great stay, well equipped, clean

We had a great stay at Valley Grove. I was a bit nervous after reading the reviews, but it was actually great. The bungalow we stayed in was clean and well equipped. It wasn't a 5 star stay but it was just what we needed. We had some issues with WiFi (needs to be paid for separately) but it was sorted on our second day. The entertainment was nice, bar staff very friendly and helpful, the food is not amazing, but you won't starve. Great stay altogether

I wish there was a bit more information provided before our arrival regarding checking in. I did receive an email from them, but came with a delay, on the day we left.

Great location, dated facilities, but enjoyable stay.

Hot tub was fantastic. Well maintained and welcome addition to our stay. Location was great. Between Saundersfoot and Tenby. Overall size of the property was good. Staff were really friendly, helpful, and attentive. Entertainment was enjoyable and engaging. Bar staff worked hard.

Rough around the edges, attention to detail in the bungalow itself, basic damage. Beds and chairs were uncomfortable. The clubhouse and playroom were very dated in need of a revamp. Food at the clubhouse wasn't of the best quality considering the price.

Lovely size hot tub. Good family entertainment in the evening. Excellent location for the beach and local attractions. Excellent size shower and bathroom. Proper size beds. Lovely decking area.

Accommodation is beginning to look run down. Larger fridge essential. Bath towels not provided -very tight. Asking customers to strip their beds before leaving?! More lounge seating required for 5 guests. I had to wash much of cutlery and crockery before use. After booking, the place stated check in was 2 hours later and check out half an hour earlier than time stated on initial booking, which was cheeky. I wouldn't accept this as already very early checkout and not what we had booked (for a very high price) and unreasonable times, which should not be imposed after initial contract is agreed.

Little gem of Saundersfoot

Stayed over Christmas and was worried about cooking a Christmas dinner in kitchen but was fab everything I needed was there.... lounge was lush beds were super comfy. Waking up to nothing but birds singing was amazing will definitely be back.
