The whole family experience. It's very relaxed, the clubhouse is consistent. My 4 year old really loved it this year.
Not much to be fair. Would have liked to see Patch every night, however brief. But all in all, was as we expected.

Lovely site, but not good for parking, our space was used all weekend by someone else and when I told staff I was told to park somewhere else on the site wich was a long way from my caravan

Location was fine and staff were friendly. The pool was warm
The caravan smelt of cigarette smoke, the decor was shabby. The pool enclosure was leaking, very dirty and furniture very wet.

Nice caravan and a nice park in a decent location
The pet fee was extortionate - £20 per night? I get a one-off fee, but a fee per night? I don’t understand what that’s for?

Clean and tidy caravan . The pool was great.
Close to the road so a bit noisy.
The beds were a bit uncomfortable.

Very loud music until after midnight. Unable to sleep. Bed small and uncomfortable. Little sleep had as a consequence.

The surrounding area, Saundersfoot is a beautiful area
The parking bays are a joke, as soon as you move someone will park in your spot, even if it’s been allocated to you. When we went into reception to ask if they could resolve the situation we were told to put a call out in the bar area and hope they were in there having a drink .
Couldn’t get anything to eat or drink until 5pm , this is ridiculous when you’re on holidays.
The swimming pool was closed more than it was open, why!! Because it isn’t lifeguard manned.
Our caravan number 44 was smelling very strongly of curry and damp, the outside step was broken, we had a rusty microwave door.
Also the fridge handle, shower head, bathroom window and one bed in the back bedroom was all broken. The table in the kitchen area was extremely wobbly and really annoying when drinks kept getting spilt.

What a lovely place quiet, leafy & green, it was a last minute booking and I have to say it was a great choice. Sunnyvale is family & solo friendly, a great place to getaway to. The park spotless as was the caravan. It was very comfortable especially the bed and the kitchen had everything I needed. The staff were really nice & friendly. Being outside of Saundersfoot it was a very pleasant 30 minute stroll down the green lane directly to the beach. A taxi back is my recommendation £6:50) as it's up hill
The oven didn't work , but when reported they offered to come straight out to fix it, which was good.

You have your own little garden next to the caravan. Great for outside dining. The staff couldn't do enough for you. Very clean site with a bus and train service. Not far from many places.
Some of the rooms are very small. Pool only open between 9 am and 5 pm - it would be better 8am to 6pm at least.

Old school caravan holiday. Good value for money. Clean and had the essentials.
One annoyance was someone kept parking in our designated parking space. They did have an overflow car park but our designated space was closer.

Location excellent
Colleagues lovely
Overlooked on all sides, unable to open curtains
Shower floor slippy
No where to put wash bag, maybe hook (shelf to narrow)
Sign on door in pool to say it’s changing rooms
Having said that, being super picky, we had lovely stay and would book again!

The staff at Sunnyvale are amazing. From the moment we arrived and greeted by the groundsman who came over and asked if he could give treats to our dog, to the lovely receptionist that allowed us to check in early and offer us advice on walks in the area, the barmaid that remembered every night that my eldest son only wanted one cube of ice in his Coke (I know… fussy much) and finally the amazing pirate who ran the evening entertainment. He got my 2 youngest involved every night, fussed over the dog and made us feel so welcome. This park was really like home from home and we will certainly return.
Accommodation was a little tired, but as we had a pet friendly van, we did expect to get an older allocation.

Amazing location for Tenby, beaches, castles and family attractions. The holiday park has a fun little indoor pool and, if you have a dog, there is an enclosed exercising area. It's in a peaceful setting.
No one in the office on arrival. Stayed a week and office was only open on the last day when we dropped back the keys. Shop was never open. Van wasn't as clean as we would have liked. Very little crockery/cookware in the kitchen. Only 3 dining chairs when there were 4 of us staying.

Location was great.
Staff were friendly
Pool was good and warm
Room was clean and comfortable
Maybe consider swapping out some of the furniture pieces as they are dated or do not match.
Possibly consider a small shop on site as this would be helpful.

Been coming to Sunnyvale for a long times especially the last 3 years. We've February half term. It's a lovely breakaway for our family.
Could be a little cheaper for the time of year. Considering how empty some other caravans are. I'd be inclined to come a few times throughout the year if the price was a bit lower for school holidays. Just because we love coming here!

Very small twin rooms. Dad has mobility issues and very tiny gap to get into bedroom and in to bed

The location was great, Saundersfoot is beautiful. We were a very short drive from Tenby which is one of my favourite places ever. We spent a day at Oakwood and the kids had a great time there. We weren't blessed with the weather but we had a fab time anyway.
The staff in reception were lovely and very friendly.
The shower, whilst small was warm with great water pressure.
The caravan was fitted with blinds, I found this a nice touch.
The kids loved the pool.
The caravan was damp, the smell was noticeable in the main bedroom. The damp was visible on the curtains in this room also. I believe the wardrobe was affected mostly as my clothes each day were cold and moist when I got them out.
There was dirty underwear and a t-shirt left in the drawer from the previous occupiers. This tells me the caravan hadn't been cleaned properly.
The bedsheet in the main bedroom had an ominous stain on it. To me, it looked like blood.
The listing said linen was provided which it was. To me this would involve towels also, fortunately for us, I checked the night before we travelled to be told there were no towels left so we had to provide our own.
The kitchen, whilst stocked was inadequate in my opinion. If you're going to advertise a property as being able to accommodate 6 people, then cooking implements should be provided to accommodate 6 people. The saucepans were not big enough to cook 6 people's worth of food in. The oven trays were too small to cook for 6 people in one go too.
We didn't attend the parks entertainment so I can't comment on that.

Would recommend this holiday park

Nice clean park. Lovely staff
We arrived and the curtain had fell down. The manager got a knife and shoved it in the pelmet upside down with rail hanging at.the bottom. Not ideal. The same night turned light off and due to a faulty bulb it would not turn off. And could not get cover off to take out bulb. So no sleep that night as the other room and lounge had family in. Got sorted the next day. Next night we're woken by neighbouring caravan fighting and arguing with a dog which was going mad and barking. Woke us all up. For almost 600 hundred pound for.2 nights I think this was disgusting. Shall not return.

The park and the location itself were idyllic I can’t fault it but what a shame about the people. Apart from the blonde lady in the bar and the dark lady in the office the staff were offhand, unhelpful and resentful. The “host” the first night blatantly favoured the Welsh kids who he let sit on the stage but stood there shooing mine away. He gives out medals to his favourites as one earlier reviewer commented and I can concur. Then my older son who is SEN and only 6 years old had a nose bleed as he sometimes does with blood all over his little face and no one even expressed concern, the surly man who handed me a piece of blue roll at the bar when I asked him for a tissue looked at us with disgust and didn’t even ask if he was ok. Then my youngest who is only 4 was bullied by 2 older boys who maliciously broke his toy and scattered pieces of it over the play area. They had actually torn the wires out of it- so spiteful. Let’s face it, The place is beautiful but I found the locals hostile, rude and resentful. I left a day early and I won’t be returning.
The people!
