Pool abd shop close at 5... if youve been out all day at other activities closure this early stops you from being able to use facilities. Would if been nice to use pool once back on site but its was closed so early.

The whole family experience. It's very relaxed, the clubhouse is consistent. My 4 year old really loved it this year.
Not much to be fair. Would have liked to see Patch every night, however brief. But all in all, was as we expected.

Location was fine and staff were friendly. The pool was warm
The caravan smelt of cigarette smoke, the decor was shabby. The pool enclosure was leaking, very dirty and furniture very wet.
