Outside, there is an enclosed rear courtyard garden with furniture and off-road parking for three cars. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. You'll find a shop in 0.4 miles and a pub in 0.5 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. 15 Lawnswood is a lovely base for exploring Saundersfoot and beyond.
