New Favourite Hotel

This is a lovely hotel and I would highly recommend a stay here. The staff were all welcoming, friendly and so helpful. The rooms are beautifully decorated with individual themes. They are very clean, comfortable and well equipped..... I've not stayed at a hotel who provided so much tea coffee and milk sachets in the room. The breakfast selection was excellent with an extensive choice including pancakes with fresh fruit, smoked salmon and the usual full cooked breakfast !!! The location is ideal as you are a few minutes from Saundersfoot and not far from Tenby.

We could not have been happier with our stay at the Imperial Dragon Hotel. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean and comfortable. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We ate dinner in the restaurant in the evening and were impressed with the pan-Asian food. There was plenty of choice at breakfast and service was efficient and friendly. A bonus was being able to charge our electric car. We hope to stay again soon.

Absolutely fabulous

Chosen for our 25th Wedding Anniversary it's a beautiful hotel and well justifies the scores. All the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and personal. The rooms are lovely with extra large, comfy beds and beautifully decorated, making you feel so relaxed. Our room was the 1st room next to the main corridor and breakfast room, we never heard a sound as they're so well soundproofed. The gardens are very well kept and even on a cold October evening, it was lovely to sit outside. The restaurant which served breakfast and evening meals was amazing. We ate here 4 out of 5 nights as the menu was so varied and delicious. There is also a sister restaurant about 3 minutes away, serving Chinese food again delicious and Cafe 25 in Tenby, which again is worth a visit with a fantastic lunch menu and staff. The staff are what makes this hotel exceptional, they really do ensure you have the best of stays. 🥰

Form over function.

The reception staff are wonderful. Angela went to great lengths to make us feel welcome and get us oriented.

It's not so much a "didn't like" but the faux Japanese theme feels contrived. A bit like Gourmet Night at Fawlty Towers. A lot of "things" has been put into the room to make it feel exotic but it lacks finesse and practicality. The bed in a box surrounded by a low step - while looking Japanese ISH, is a toe stubbing trip hazard that adds a sense of unnecessary danger to any nocturnal pee break. The step also makes getting in or out of the bed awkward. And the width of the step makes the bedside light and tables inaccessible from an in bed position - simply too far away.. The supplied tea is dreadful and the coffee is pretty lame too. For this price point, I would've expected some toiletries not just the industrial bottles of hand wash and shampoo. We also found the location not really convenient and there isn't much within a reasonable walking distance.

Beautiful hotel situated perfectly for families who want somewhere close to Manor Park and Hetherton. 6 mins drive to Tenby town. Staff were so welcoming and chatty. Beautiful breakfast. Had a meal in Lokkys (part of the hotel) which was outstanding and very reasonably priced. Would highly recommend a visit.

Quick weekend away

The peoole on reception and in the resteraunt and bar where oustanding nothing too much trouble. The resteraunt food both dinner and breakfast was excellent. We had a takeaway from the sister resteraunt on the 2nd night delivered to the hotel it didnt dissapoint.Thanks to the owner ans staff in the bar for there help

This is the second time we have stayed here. A lovely boutique hotel with great food. As an electric car driver it is great to see charging points at good rates onsite.

An excellent overnight stay at an impressive hotel.

The room was excellent and very spacious with a very pleasing decor. The bathroom was very modern in design and the shower which was over the bath was excellent in all respects. The tea/coffee facilities were great with an abundance of everthing you need. The breakfast was excellent and the friendly staff made the stay a pleasure. The evening meal in the hotel restaurant was a pleasure with again friendly staff.

The hotel was amazing and the food in the restaurant was also good, breakfast was cooked to order and plenty to start you up for the day.

It seemed a little difficult in getting taxis's anywhere but the staff went over and above this making sure transport was around.

We had a phone call the day before we arrived just to confirm everything and to tell us we were very welcome to drop of luggage at our convenience and not wait until arrival time. We had a lovely welcome on arrival , the children were made a big fuss of. The room was massive which was a big bonus when you have two young children. The decor to the hotel is beautiful . Fabulous breakfast

Our favourite hotel in the area

The staff are all really helpful and friendly. We stayed in a dog friendly room which was absolutely spotless. The food couldn’t have been better, our dog was given a freshly cooked sausage every morning. This was our second stay and we will definitely be returning.

Delightful decor and delicious food served by charming staff.

Very different decor to the usual which made for a very interesting stay, to see how the owners are bringing their heritage into the hotel. The cuisine, a blend of different oriental cooking styles results in very tasty dishes, we really enjoyed Lokkys menu.

Not the fault of the property but a big house build is taking place nearby which meant a lot of early morning noise.That couldn’t be helped and looks nearly finished.

A Wonderful and Romantic Stay!

Such a beautiful hotel in a great location. Hotel and restaurant staff were brilliant and made our stay even more special. They were so kind and accommodating to all our needs. Absolutely loved the decor too, couldn’t stop taking pics everywhere! Our room (Japan Suite) was beautifully decorated and so comfortable. Wouldn’t have changed a thing. Will definitely be back again, thank you!!
