Clean and comfortable very conveniently located access and exit was easy given clear instructions
For a two night stay there wasn’t enough tea, milk and coffee provided for a morning drink we are well aware that the hotel was very very close to outside cafes etc but it would have been nice to have enough for both mornings

Property is a good location in walking distance of restaurants etc. plenty of car parking options, behind Tesco is free in the winter. Check in is easy
The rooms are small but fine for a quick overnight stay. We have stayed here before and chose it for convenience as it is near family who we were visiting. It wouldn’t be my first choice but it is convenient. Bathroom was very clean but bedding wasn’t changed, it smelt musty and was clearly the sheets from previous stays as pillows had makeup on them and the bottom sheet wasn’t on the bed properly. We had to call the out of hours number late at night to complain. They were helpful and moved us to a new room within 10mins. If you stay here when the weather is bad (there was a storm when we stayed) then the noise from the sea and wind will keep you awake as it blows against the windows terribly. In the summer it wouldn’t be an issue
