Sehr schön und abgelegen. Sauber gepflegt und eingerichtet. Die Zimmer und Bäder waren sauber und die Kommunikation hat super funktioniert
Ein Manko sind definitiv die vielen Katzen. Man kann keine Türe offen lassen ohne, dass eine Katze ins Haus kommt. Sie sitzen auf dem Tisch und Grill und warten darauf, dass etwas zum Essen übrig bleibt. Schade wenn man mal lüften will…

Die Lage der Villa ist etwas außerhalb dadurch waren wir ungestört was für eine Familie mit kleinen Kindern ideal ist. Haus und Grundstück sind sehr gepflegt, Kommunikation mit den Besitzern hat war unkompliziert und hat prima funktioniert. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind etwa 5 Minuten entfernt ebenso Einkehrmöglichkeiten ( Pizzeria Restaurant etc.)
Schade war das es nur eine Dusche gab, ansonsten Badewanne mit Handbrause. Die Bodenfliesen um den Pool sind sehr rutschig wenn man mit nassen Füssen aus dem Becken kommt, gerade Kinder rennen doch gerne mal rum. Vorsicht ist geboten.

A beautiful villa in a wonderful quiet location, a beautiful and clean interior of the whole villa, a wonderful garden with a swimming pool, shopping facilities nearby, pleasant dealings with the owner Chiara, who also arranged for us a wonderful boat trip. It was one of the best holidays for us.

Awesome villa with beautiful garden. The property is very cosy, clean and well maintained. Communication with hosts is easy and smooth. They responded quickly with extra blankets and heating when the weather was cold.
It has been advised that the host accepts all credit cards but as we ( 5) wanted to pay separately it appeared to be a problem for the host and finally we paid cash to clear the issue.
The road from the nearest airport Olbia to the villa has hundreds of sharp turns that are a real challenge for everyone's vestibular apparatus.
