The Space
This splendid two-story villa, converted from an old 19th-century “stazzu,” has been tastefully renovated to blend the authenticity of traditional Gallura architecture with the understated elegance of contemporary design. Located in the heart of the picturesque village of San Pantaleo, just a short walk from the church and the lively little square, it is the ideal place for those seeking charm and tranquility.....
The living area is located on the first floor: a spacious, bright, and refined area, where the living room features three comfortable sofas arranged around a glass coffee table, while the adjacent dining area features a long wooden table, perfect for convivial dinners with family or friends. The modern, professional kitchen, crafted from steel and wood, is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, and everything needed to prepare any type of meal.
Also on this level, a spacious bedroom features a double bed and two single beds, making it perfect for a family with children or groups of friends. Adjacent to it are an elegant bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet, and a functional laundry area equipped with two washing machines, a clothesline, and practical household cleaning supplies.
Climbing the elegant glass staircase, you proceed to the upper floor, where you’ll find three double bedrooms, furnished with understated and refined taste. The ceilings with bleached beams, the large windows, and the use of natural materials create an intimate and relaxing atmosphere. All rooms offer a splendid view of the rooftops and hills of San Pantaleo and are equipped with spacious closets. This floor features two modern bathrooms, both with a shower, toilet, bidet, and sink—one of which has a double sink. All rooms are equipped with high-quality bed linens and towels.
Outside, a private and meticulously maintained garden welcomes you with an outdoor dining area, wicker chairs for relaxing, and a Jacuzzi pool with hydromassage: a little corner of paradise to recharge after a day at the beach or to unwind under the starry sky.
The villa is fully air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi.
