INTERIOR DESCRIPTION

Villa Junia is composed of a main house and a separate guest annex, an ideal solution for families or groups seeking privacy and flexibility during their stay.

The main house features a living area, a fully equipped independent kitchen and three bedrooms, along with two bathrooms, one of which is en suite. The annex includes a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower, a second kitchen and a living area, providing additional independent space.

The interiors are functional and well-organized, with air conditioning available in the main rooms to ensure comfort throughout the stay.

OUTDOOR AREAS

The villa is surrounded by a large private garden of approximately 1000 sqm, ideal for relaxing outdoors. The private swimming pool, set in a panoramic position, is one of the main features of the property.

Guests can enjoy a covered veranda equipped with a dining table, a charcoal barbecue area and an outdoor shower. Rooftop terraces offer open views over the surrounding landscape and the gulf.

The property also includes private parking within the grounds, with both covered and uncovered spaces and an electric gate.

BOOKING DETAILS

ONLINE CHECK-IN AND CONTRACT



After booking, an online check-in is required (upload of documents and selfies for all guests).

Personal data is processed in compliance with GDPR regulations.

The signing of a tourist rental agreement is mandatory; an English courtesy copy will be provided.



KEY COLLECTION

Keys must be collected and documents signed at the Klodge Reception – Via Pescara 11, Olbia.

WASTE COLLECTION

A door-to-door waste separation system is in place. Bins are located in a dedicated external area of the property.
