In a Mediterranean setting of rare beauty, nestled among the greenery of the juniper trees, we offer for rent a splendid detached villa with a panoramic view of the Maddalena Archipelago. The villa is located 150 meters from EA BIANCA Beach.
Peace and privacy are guaranteed thanks to the large private grounds and the slightly elevated location, from which you can enjoy a marvelous panorama.
The villa’s interior spaces and the expansive garden surrounding it are designed to ensure an exclusive style centered on comfort and privacy.
The property consists of:
living area: living room, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, oven) 1 guest bathroom, storage room, large enclosed veranda with air conditioning and/or heating; sleeping area: 2 double bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, 1 single bedroom with a bathroom, all with direct access to the garden that extends around the property for over 10,000 meters.
Outdoor areas: pantry and laundry room with washer and dryer, wine cellar and freezer, 1 pool house, 3 covered parking spaces + 2 uncovered, swimming pool with attached hot and cold water shower, freight elevator from the parking area to the property, 2 water reservoirs each holding 30,000 liters, double entrance with electric gates, and a sun deck

Das Haus liegt nur wenige Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt. Es verfügt über einen beheizten Pool inmitten eines großzügigen Gartens, welcher terrassenförmig angelegt und sehr liebevoll gestaltet ist. Von der Dachterrasse hat man einen wunderbaren Blick auf Bucht und Meer. Das Haus ist groß, sehr sauber und gepflegt und verfügt über alle Annehmlichkeiten, die man sich wünschen kann. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub und werden bestimmt wiederkommen.

We had a very good time at the villa which is in kept in excellent condition and is in beautiful surroundings. Two beaches in walking distance - although the nicer one is a hilly walk and in the heat we were lazy and took the car (there is pay parking and a nice cafe / restaurant there). The villa makes a good base for travelling out to visit other places but it was also easy to be lazy and stay by the pool, which was perfect for us. One small word of warning which is that the WiFi is not unlimited. It would be fine for most people but we had a data hungry teenager with us and needed to pay to top up. Anyway we got that sorted ok (with some help) and in general everyone was wonderfully friendly and helpful - many thanks to Antonella and Giovanna for making our stay so trouble free.

We enjoyed an excellent weeks holiday at this well appointed villa which has extensive grounds and wide ranging views of the sea and surrounding hills. The coastline nearby has dozens of sandy bays and coves to explore but the peace and facilities at Ilaria can make it tempting to just stay in and around the villa. Our only regret was the staggeringly high drinks prices at the luxury hotel just yards away which ensured we visited other restaurants in Cannigione and towards Baia Sardinia rather than return. Many thanks to Antonella and Giovanna for putting up with our feeble attempts at tourist Italian!Tim and Maggie Bevington
