This beautiful villa with a private garden directly on the sea is located in Cannigione, within the Gulf of Arzachena. The large garden borders the shoreline and offers direct access to the beach.
Its position is ideal for exploring the Costa Smeralda, being just 15 km from Porto Cervo. A supermarket is located 1 km away, and there are bars and restaurants in the vicinity. About 2 km away is the port of Cannigione, also used by Porto Cervo residents as a sheltered harbor from which to depart on boat trips to the stunning islands of La Maddalena.
Right in front of the villa lies the charming Isola di Fichi d’India, which can easily be reached with a short swim. A pleasant seaside walk of just a few minutes brings you to a lovely coffee shop.
The verandas and spacious outdoor areas offer magnificent views of the gulf, enhancing the serenity of this peaceful location. Guests can also enjoy unforgettable candlelit dinners in this uniquely enchanting setting.
