The villa is on 2 floors and the outbuilding is on the ground floor. Six rooms have sea view and private balcony. Ground floor (villa): Large living room with ADSL and dining and kitchen area, WC, 2 double bedrooms with bathroom, 1 twin bedroom with bathroom, balconies and terraces furnished with quality garden furniture. Basement (villa): 2 large double rooms with anteroom, 1 large twin room) with anteroom, bathroom, WC, terrace with magnificent view. In the annex: double room, bathroom and veranda with sea view. The villa has been renovated and furnished in a sober and elegant style. All rooms are air-conditioned and equipped with LCD TV and satellite decoder. Barbecue area, 5 parking spaces, various terraces sunbathing areas complete the property. From here you can reach some of the most beautiful places in Sardinia. 10 km Baia Sardina: excursions by boat to the archipelago of La Maddalena. 20 km Porto Cervo with marina. The villa is in an enviable position and no matter how strong the mistral blows, it is protected from the wind at any time of the year.
