De flexibiliteit en klantgerichtheid van de eigenaar: We hadden ons een dag vergist qua overnachting. Het appartement bleek op onze aankomst-dag gelukkig niet verhuurd. Zonder discussie en zonder meerkosten mochten we alsnog van de accommodatie gebruik maken. Op doorreis voor een nacht, in een rustige (saaie)woonwijk is het heel oké.
De directe omgeving; tuin en terras van de bungalow maakten een nogal verwaarloosde indruk met het nodige achterstallig onderhoud. Aan de woning, de tuin en de buurt ontbreekt het aan een ‘ziel’. Het was niet uitgesloten dat een van de vorige huurders in strijd met de huisregels binnen heeft gerookt.

Le prix, pas d'attente, rapide
La matière des draps mais fournis gracieusement, je n'avais pas vu que la chambre n'était pas séparée du salon ( je n'ai pas fait attention sans doute)
