Lovely little studio. Well equipped. Ideally situated for the zoo. Lovely comfortable bed and very quiet.

The only problem we found was there was no bread knife or any sharp knives suitable for cutting bread

Logement au top pour aller à Beauval ou château de la loire

Le studio est très bien agencé et décoré avec goût... Il y a tous les équipements nécessaires pour un séjour court ou même plus longue... Très proche de Beauval, des châteaux de la loire et proche de plusieurs commerces... Le lit est super confortable.... Je garde l'adresse pour mes prochains séjours dans le coin... .

Déception

L'emplacement proche des commerces et du zoo

Troisième étage sans ascenseur, refus de décaler les dates, propreté limite, pas de portes au toilette et a la douche, suspicion de punaise de lit (3 de nous sont repartis avec de drôles de piqûres et démangeaisons). Le prix est attrayant mais a refaire je mettrai un peu plus et irai ailleurs (nombreux logement a proximité) attention proprio de mauvaise foi !!!

Un appartement magnifique dans une jolie bâtisse. Très bien placée, proche d'un parking et du zoo de beauval. Un rapport qualité prix inégalable. Lits confortables et tout le nécessaire est dans l'appartement. Le petit plus des jeux pour les enfants !

Séjour très agréable.

Très petit studio mais fort bien aménagé, joliment décoré et très bien équipé ( machine à laver, éteinte à linge, table à repasser, jeux, chauffeuse pour jeune enfant). Propre et bonne literie. Appartement très au calme,bien situé en plein centre du bourg et proche du cher.

La propreté du bas de la douche laisse un peu à désirer ainsi que celle de la bouilloire qui aurait besoin d être détartrée. Un porte manteau dans la salle de bain serait le bienvenu ainsi qu un couteau qui coupe (autre que les couverts) côté cuisine.. les parkings sont assez proches, c est vrai, mais difficulté quand même à charger et décharger sa voiture dans cette ruelle en sens unique sans stationnement possible ( surtout quand on est seul). Studio presque aveugle: une petite fenêtre mais qui donne sur le pied de dalle d une cour.

L'appartement est fonctionnel, agréable. Tout à fait possible de prendre un repas. Salle d'eau correcte et moderne. Literie OK ! On y a passé une bonne nuit.

Explications pas assez précises pour se rendre au logement, surtout de nuit et sous la pluie... Nous avons abouti dans le logement du fond en fait, car on ne voyait pas d'entrée dans le bâtiment de droite... Le radiateur de la salle d'eau n'avait pas l'air de fonctionner, mais ce ne fut pas nécessaire ! (Manquait un couteau à viande dentelé et 1 verre à shot)

Court séjour très bien.

Studio parfait pour un couple pour un court séjour. Equipement, propreté, confort tout était présent pour notre plus grand plaisir. A relouer lors de notre prochaine visite.

Wifi peu performant et instable (impossible de regarder un match sur mon ordi, coupures intempestives et très fréquentes). Pour être tout à fait au top des dosettes de café et de thé pour l'accueil seraient les bienvenues.
