Wonderful stay.

Very clean and in order with all facilities exception made of laundry equipment (washing machine and ironing equipment). Enough space for my family size composed of a spouse with a child, a single mother with her 2 kids and myself. Quite convenient location as nearby restaurants, bank, supermarché, train station etc. and just 10 minute drive to the Beauval zoo.

Certains draps était sale, l'hébergeur vous demande un supplément en liquide pour les draps et serviettes de toilettes. Le sol est sale seul point positif l'emplacement. Prix excessif pour le logement..

Logement correct, le prix est justifié par l'emplacement et non par sa prestation.

Le gros plus, est l'emplacement. Il est a proximité du zoo de beauval et de commerces. Les ventilateurs proposés dans chaque pièce. Cuisine propre, les chambres également.

Les moins. Possibilité de garer deux véhicules maxi, parking complet autour. La douche mérite un grand coup de propre et la vmc aussi. Nous sommes venus un week end de forte chaleur, l'étage très chaud malgré les ventilateurs. Le frigo est fatigué, le froid n'était pas vraiment actif ( nous avons bien regarder pour le régler)et le congélateur n'a pas tenu nos glaces, elles étaient décongelées.

Le séjour s’est très bien passé.

L’endroit était propre à notre arrivée. Nous avons eu toutes les instructions pour accéder à l’intérieur. L’hôte était facilement joignable et tout était clair, net et précis. Emplacement situé juste à 10 minutes du zoo de Beauval.

Nous sommes restés qu’une nuit. Rien à dire.

Bon emplacement, belle maison avec beaucoup de chambres, la réactivité de l'hôte pour répondre à toutes nos questions par SMS

- dans l'annonce il était indiqué que les serviettes et linges de lits seraient fournis. J'ai été surpris que l'hôte me demande de payer un supplément par lits de 10€ (soit 40€) pour l'option linges de lits et serviettes. - L'hôte ne m'a informé que quelques heures avant le check-in qu'il n'aurait pas de connexion WIFI (le WIFI était pourtant mentionné dans l'annonce), la réservation n'était plus remboursable. - Au 1er étage, dans l'une des chambres il y a des traces de main sur le mur en tête de lit. Dans l'action quelqu'un s'est sûrement appuyé dessus...
