About this cottage rental
Group accommodation of 200 m², converted from a restored, characterful late 17th-century presbytery. Located in the village center, 12 km from La Roche-Posay. Ground floor: 34 m² living room/kitchen (kettle, filter coffee maker, dishwasher, washing machine, TV), 1st bedroom with sitting area (4 single beds), 2nd bedroom (accessible for people with disabilities, 2 single beds, shower room with toilet). Upstairs: 3rd bedroom (5 single beds + 1 single bed), 4th bedroom (2 single beds + 1 single bed, travel cot). 2 shower rooms, 2 toilets. High chair. Wi-Fi access. Electric heating (extra charge according to meter reading). Enclosed landscaped garden of 1000 m² (garden furniture, barbecue). Private parking for 3 vehicles. Bed linen optional (€6/bed). Nightly rate: €18/person. This former presbytery dates back to the late 17th century, and you'll be surprised by its spaciousness and approximately 200 m² of living space. Its interior amenities, beautiful private outdoor area in the heart of the village, the tranquility of the location, and its unique character will allow you to fully enjoy your stay in Touraine.
