Very disappointing - I would not recommend.

NO BREAKFAST! SELF CATERING.

Main door to apartments lock faulty, reduced security. Codes for the key safes for garage and apartment not received - needed TIO help. Safety - no apparent fire detection or alarm. In case of fire evacuation from first floor compromised. No air conditioning or ventilation. Scratching noises in ceiling void - suspect vermin. Remote management leaves a lot to be desired. A very unhappy experience.

Good location, but has some issues

The place was clean. The location was very good, close to the castle and the "center" of the town. There was a coffee maker, electric kettle and a small oven in the kitchenet (also a microwave and a stove) so a good place if you want to prepare your own meals.

There was no curtains, blinds or any kind of shatters on the glass entrance door, so anyone could see inside after dark when the light inside was on. Also there was no way to stop the outside light when trying to sleep (there was some kind of motion detector light in the yard that was turning on every now and then). Another thing is a big fungus on the ceiling which as far as I know is not very healthy :/

Dissatisfied

We are seasoned travellers familiar with France and have modest expectations so sometimes we are pleasantly surprised. I can't speak about the rest of the apartments at this site, but ours ( #2) was very poor! I agree with the other reviews who stayed here so I repeat myself. Make sure you don't get #2.

Good

Plenty of space and comfortable enough. Kitchen is in good condition and very convenient. I can’t speak for the other apartments but ours (#4) was very quiet. Location is OK, a car is necessary. Chateaus are between 30 minutes and an hour away, hyper market 10 minutes away by car. We didn’t meet the owner but he was very easy to contact with questions and he was understanding and flexible with our dates. Very easy to check in and out and he provided all instructions.

Parking is in front of the apartments on a very tight street. There is proper parking for free if you drive a bit further down the street. Apartments feel rather cheaply renovated, bathroom and doors especially. Could use more cleaning, there were many cobwebs around. Ours had an awful damp smell in the basement, but thankfully everything for our stay was on the first floor. There should be better instructions how to lock the doors, it’s unclear and tricky. Phones are easy to connect to wifi by QR code, but with a laptop you’ll need to dig around for the password.

A home from home in a great location.

Apartment was very well equipped, central location; we stayed one night to break the journey. Everything was really clean, the flat is light and airy and quiet. Spacious living area and double bedroom with bathroom. Very good value, we would come again.

The main bed in the bedroom is very comfortable but the mattress on the sofa bed in the living room is too thin, unless it's for children. Perhaps the mattress could be replaced? Also, the sheets were freshly laundered but we think it's time for some new ones! This is not a complaint, more a suggestion. Everything else was really good.

Emplacement très central et charmante cour intérieure pleine de verdure permettant une pause en fin de journée dans la fraîcheur du soir. Contact et aide des personnes gérant le studio très facile et réactif. Très bon accueil.

Absence d'un fauteuil de détente ( seulement siège de table et lit pour se détendre dans le studio).

Belle mais chaude expérience

Beaucoup d'espace, tout le nécessaire est présent et propre. Notre hôte s'est montré disponible par message. Il y a également un espace extérieur mais nous n'en n'avons pas eu vraiment l'utilité. Venant de Belgique pour aller en Charente Maritime nous avons décidé de faire une halte dodo (nécessaire quand on voyage avec un bébé). Literie relativement confortable RAS sur la qualité du lieu

Il faisait vraiment très chaud malgré le ventilateur présent. Nous avons beaucoup eu de mal à dormir surtout Bébé ... il s'est coincé dans le drap du lit bébé, store ne fermant qu'à moitié bref la nuit a été compliquée et très courte. Maison pleine de charme mais le parquet à l'étage grince énormément surtout dans la chambre où était mis le lit bébé... Ça ne l'a malheureusement pas aidé Je ne sais pas si la chaleur est habituelle mais si c'était le cas une climatisation pourrait rendre l'appartement encore plus agréable. Ce n'était pas de chance pour nous 😅 Je m'excuse d'ailleurs pour la gêne occasionnée et les nombreux pleurs de Mister baby

Emplacement du studio à proximité du centre de Meung sur Loire. Propriétaire facilement joignable, contact sympathique. Accès sécurisé par digicode. Linge de lit fourni ainsi que serviettes de toilette Studio rénové simplement mais avec goût

Studio no 2 peu lumineux et sentant l’humidité. Beaucoup de jeu dans la serrure donc difficultés pour ouvrir/fermer la porte du studio. Barre de douche descellée - De plus le rideau de douche n’allant pas jusqu’au bas du bac, l’eau coule partout. Verrière vétuste à l’extérieur, terrain peu entretenu.

la cuisine est mal équipée avec du materiel inutilisable (plaque de cuisson). Par ailleurs difficulté pour récupérer la clé . Par ailleurs très difficile de refermer la porte du studio. Le couchage est limite .

Pas de chauffage dans la pièce principale problème pour ouvrir et fermer la porte d'entrée a savoir il 3 ans nous avions déjà réservé au premier étage et le problème d ouvrir et fermer la porte d'entrée était problématique comme celui que nous avons eu le samedi c est vraiment dommage. Faudrait penser à faire quelque chose quand même 75 euros ça ne les vaut pas
