Chambord, Cheverny, Blois.
Gite of 100m2, on the ground floor entrance, equipped kitchen, dining room with LCD TV, WIFI, 1 wc, 1 bedroom with 160x200 bed and bathroom (shower, wc, sink)
Upstairs, 2 bedrooms 140x200 bed with private bathroom,
living room with TV and DVD, utility room with washing machine.
Outside private enclosed plot of 600m2 with covered courtyard, garden furniture and table for 6 people.

We arrived to a very welcoming reception from the gite owners. We were very pleasantly surprised by the stunning modernised gîte with a beautiful private garden including its own moat, with resident fish and frogs. The site was well equipped for our stay and immaculate. The location of the gîte was in a village with a mini market and boulangerie within walking distance which was ideal for lazy mornings and a lovely lake. A short drive away was the pretty town of Beaugency along the banks of the Loire river, and the cities of Blois and Orleans were close by. Overall, a fabulous base for a relaxing holiday with a super friendly host family.

Three bedrooms all en-suite in this very old property. It has been converted beautifully and feels modern in a good way. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. It was so lovely sitting eating out in the garden that it seemed pointless to eat out often. Very relaxing stay. The owner Fabien was friendly and helpful
