Located in the Loire Valley 20 km from Orléans and Chambord. GROUND FLOOR: veranda, separate equipped kitchen, living room, separate shower room, separate toilet, 1 bedroom (1 bed 140x190)
UP FLOOR: Landing with a library, 2 bedrooms (one bedroom with 1 double bed of 140, one bedroom with 2 single beds of 90), separate shower room, separate toilet. Gîte equipped with fiber.
[ Possibility of a 4th bedroom (2 beds 90) as an option at € 60 per week.
OUTSIDE: Enclosed courtyard for parking, with garden furniture under the plant arbor, barbecue for sunny days and ping-pong table available under cover. Annex building with washing machine, clothesline. On the side, large garden with clothesline.
