The host went above and beyond meeting me as my flight was delayed, by 5 hours. The updated historic cottage was so well appointed, cozy and comfortable. There is a washer, private courtyard and a drying rack outside. It is about a mile walk to central Inverness which I enjoyed walking along the river. We almost missed seeing the whimsical Banksy motif on the slate roof in the back!
This didn't bother me, but I think it should be noted that the 2 bedrooms are upstairs and the bathroom is down.

The house is homely, cozy and you immediately feel welcome. The hosts took great care of us and we felt like our comfort was their priority. We had more than ample amenities and the support was also fabulous
That we had to leave the place and go home. This was home, even if just for a few days.
