Positive stay.

Though not in the centre of Inverness, the position was good, as we could reach the main sites of the city by foot. The kitchen was well supplied. We also had small supermarkets near the flat.

Confort could be improved by adding some benches in the bathroom for wash bags, and chairs in the bedrooms.

Very clean and tidy, beds very comfortable and good heating, free parking no problem, good location for the city- really enjoyed our stay

Shower very good but to hot and the knobs was very stiff to turn it down, small coffee table to put stuff on when using the sofa would make a difference but all and all very comfortable place.

Disappointing and overpriced

The location of this property was not as expected and we felt very unsafe in the area. There was a lot of noise outside from drunks at night and the tenants upstairs had a dog that kept barking. The beds were uncomfortable and the quilt and towels had holes and tears in them. The shower head also couldn’t be adjusted so it was impossible to have a decent shower. All in all very disappointing for the price.

A great find, would be fantastic with a few simple improvements

Lots of space and great facilities (washer/dryer, oven, microwave, dining table, couches, two bedrooms etc), close to the city, friendly neighbourhood. A great find, would be fantastic with a few simple improvements (see below). Prepackaged meals from M&S enabled us to cook and home, eat deliciously and save lots.

Attention to some details: living room needed a rug and a coffee table and removal of the light that didn't work, bathroom needed a shelf or bench to put toiletry bags on and a rail for the hand towel near the basin, beds were of a basic standard and needed 'mattress toppers' and the linen didn't fit the beds properly, also a wool blanket would have been welcomed as the doonas were too hot, bags racks for the cases would have been appreciated as well as a fan, key to back door was too stiff to turn but hosts responded quickly and a new one was delivered

Didn't like anything turned up and found it to be unsafe and area was full of drug people hanging around the front of the house. No were to park like it said. People looking though the windows and drug dealing out side the door.

Great place in a great location

The place was perfect and clean. It was also in a great location next to a bakery, some take-away, and a chemist. Would definitely go back!

The only negative was actually finding the place. The address doesn't come up right on Google maps, the postcode is up the road, and I had to look at its location on booking.com and a photo of the front of the place to find the right spot.

Loved Inverness and the Highlands

The price was very reasonable. The flat was decorated nicely. Beds comfortable. We used it as a base to explore the Highlands and it was very convenient. We had a boat trip on Loch Ness, hired bikes in Inverness for the day and cycled along the Caledonian Canal. Loved the Black Isle and the beaches at Nairn. Went and walked around Culloden and the Cairns at sunset - very atmospheric. We loved Inverness and it was an easy 10 minute walk into the old town. Would recommend the Scottish breakfast and the Cullen Skink at Artisans Cafe and the early evening supper at the Kitchen Brasserie. We also did a tour of Skye with Wow tours - highlight due to the guide Robert. And took the train to John O Groats. Everything we did was brilliant and the people really friendly.

The immediate area wasn't comfortable. Noisy at night and people with addictions on the streets surrounding. Never had a problem with anyone, but it didn't feel very safe. It is on the ground floor and so that maybe added to security concerns. Flat gets little outdoor light because windows at front look directly onto the street, so it feels quite exposed.
