Welcome to our home!
Private and cozy, this studio comes with a modest-sized living room that features a dining area complete with a table and chairs, and a flat-screen TV. The adjoining bedroom is furnished with two single beds fitted with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure you have a comfortable stay. The connected kitchen is fully equipped with basic cookware and cutlery, such as a fridge and an induction cooker. So don't worry and cook your favourite meal!
The separate bathroom is equipped with all the necessities you'll need to freshen up, such as a bathtub with an attached shower, a toilet, and a sink.
Please note: The automatic ventilation system is currently not working and should not be used, as it may cause a power outage. For your comfort, a portable fan is provided and available for use during your stay. Thank you for your understanding!

Our home is set in the charming area of Issy-les-Moulineaux, which is a commune in the southwestern suburban area of Paris, France, lying on the left bank of the river Seine. It is one of Paris' entrances and is located 6.6 km from Notre-Dame Church, which is considered Kilometre Zero of FranceStudio Porte de Versailles.
Some of the popular places of interest nearby are Île Saint-Germain, an island located in the Seine. The island is divided into two parts, the urban side includes the offices and a residential area. The other side includes a park with the Tour aux Figures (Tower of Figures) [3] by Jean Dubuffet. The Île Seguin is downstream. For fans of playing cards, visit the Musée Français de la Carte à Jouer, a museum of playing cards. It will be well worth it!
The nearest airport, Paris-Charles De Gaulle, is an hour's drive from the flat.
The nearest train stations to the studio are Porte de Versailles (metro 12) which is a 12 mins walk and Balard (Line 8) is 11 mins walk from the flat.
There are also multiple bus stops and tram stops within walking distance to the studio.
Wi-Fi is available at an extra fee and can be purchased at the reception. This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check-in anytime of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (14:00 on the day). If you require additional cleans/ linens during your stay for a fee, please contact us. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.

Stays at Studio Porte de Versailles were great! Before our arrival, from the moment we close our daily, we exchanged some emails about schedule, reception, parking, that is, we confirm all information on the site. Everything was answered and content oriented. On the eve of our arrival, we received an email saying that we would have someone to greet us, Emilie. When we arrived she was there at the front desk to wait for us. She went with us to the parking lot, went to the apartment and guided us about what she had and how to use it. The next day we had some questions and sent her a message. She replied promptly. So the front desk was excellent, the location excellent, the hotel gave us a map and guided us about it. We used the laundry, cost separately. Going back we will certainly look for them, we recommend the Studio Porte de Versailles. We just have to thank you.

Location is nice. Public transport, i.e. bus, tram (or tram replacement) and metro, is available in a very comfortable walking distance. Small restaurants and other shopping opportunities for food/groceries are nearby as well. Cinema (Gaumont, 16 movie halls) and public swimming pool (Aquaboulevard, not visited) are only 300 meters away.
The hotel was calm, clean and safe. Concierge service was very friendly and provided all necessary information. The apartment is well equipped: refrigerator, dish washer, small stove, microwave oven/grill, electronic kettle and Nespresso machine.
