Good location if having neighbourhood interest ,quiet street and area , good choice of restaurants in 5-10 min radius, good WiFi, near public transport stops, clean streets. Nice ,kind and well intended owner for tourist claims or requests.
Acces hall of the building and staircase needs improvement, apartment not so roomy -yet enough for 3-4 people. Also inside carpentry requests repairs ( bathroom door lock jamed...all doors and windows creaks ...)

Good location for the price - there is a park (playground) not far away (if you travel with children). Clean apartments with everything you may need. Very responsive owner. Will definitely rent it again if will travel to Paris with family!
There was green mold in the water compartment of the coffee machine (the only reason why not 10).
