You get the whole apartment to yourself.
Place was incredibly humid with mold growing on walls and ceiling dripping water. Owner did not instruct us of dehumidifier usage. The machine was also full upon arrival so it was in operation. I spent 15min Googling how to get the machine to work.
Bathroom has zero counter space and is very small.
Apartment is very cold.
Entrance door is not sound proof so you can hear all the tourist talking outside.

Awesome location, clean and modern facilities and layout. Easy access with door code. The apartment was recently updated and everything was well laid out and tastefully decorated.
The bed was unfortunately extremely hard. Everything was new, but the mattress selection was the firmest offered by the manufacturer. If you like a super firm mattress, then you won't have any issue. There is also quite a bit of street noise from people walking by.

The property has been recently renovated, it is well furnished and has a very nice outside area. A very welcoming space.
The location is simply perfect. In the heart of Porto, you can get to any part of the city fairly quickly by foot.
