Spend the most wonderful time of the year at our “SeeHus” vacation home in Nordhorn!
Our modern vacation home is idyllically situated in a quiet location just 400 meters from downtown Nordhorn. For water lovers, Nordhorn offers numerous canals, the “Vechte” River, and Lake Vechtesee, just a few minutes’ walk from Seepark Nordhorn.
Good to know:
A €100 security deposit is due in advance and must be transferred along with the rent. The security deposit will be refunded after departure.
Electricity, water, and heating are included.
Bedding, towels, firewood, bicycles, and groceries can be ordered upon request for a fee.
Special highlight: When you book, you’ll receive a free, digital Grafschaft Guest Card. This allows you to enjoy numerous discounts at more than 20 partner businesses in the areas of public transportation, mobility, and leisure/culture.
A parking space is available free of charge.
The inviting living area is perfect for spending relaxing vacation evenings in front of a crackling fire. A flat-screen TV with a Sonos Beam soundbar and free Wi-Fi are, of course, at your disposal.
Start your day off right with a hearty breakfast prepared in the fully equipped, open kitchen. An espresso machine is available for coffee lovers. The light-filled dining area impresses with its thoughtful details, plenty of natural light, and seating for 5 people.
Treat yourself to some well-deserved rest in the wellness bathroom with a sauna, whirlpool, and walk-in shower after an eventful day. Pure relaxation in a modern setting!
The house has two bedrooms, both of which feature spacious closets. One of the bedrooms is furnished with a high-quality box spring bed (180 x 210 cm) *with 2 single comforters (140 x 220 cm each)*; the other bedroom is furnished with a bunk bed and a single bed (90 x 200 cm each). Both bedrooms have a TV with internet access. This way, you’ll start your precious vacation days feeling well-rested!
On the spacious terrace, furnished with patio furniture, you can spend time together while enjoying the peace and quiet with a cup of tea or a glass of wine.
A washing machine and dryer are also at your disposal.

Unser Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus war super. Alles hat sehr gut geklappt, von der Buchung bis zum Checkout. Das Haus ansich verfügt über alles, was man braucht. Und auch die Umgebung war toll. Man ist schnell zu Fuß in der Stadt, mit dem Auto fix in Holland und vom Skatepark in unmittelbarer Umgebung waren unsere Kids sehr begeistert. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.
