Welcome to the Nordwind Vacation Home! Enjoy your stay in our tastefully furnished oasis of comfort near the center of the “Water City” of Nordhorn.



Additional information on costs and fees:

Rental rates are based on 4 guests; an additional guest pays a surcharge per night.

Children up to 3 years old do not pay an extra bed fee.



Electricity, water, and heating are included.

Bedding, towels, firewood, bicycles, and groceries can be ordered upon request for an additional fee.



Special highlight: When you book, you’ll receive a free, digital Grafschaft Guest Card. This allows you to take advantage of numerous discounts from more than 20 partners in the areas of public transportation, mobility, and leisure/culture.



If, after booking and due to a state mandate, a health certificate or similar document is required, the renter must obtain this certificate at their own expense and present it upon request by the authorities.

One parking space is available free of charge. Additional parking is available at the entrance to the Seepark.



Nordwind is a detached vacation home on a spacious 305 m² lot, perfect for playing and relaxing. The south-facing terrace offers a beautiful view of the park and lake. Enjoy the evening sun in a beach chair with a glass of wine or a cup of tea.



With 86 m² of living space, you’ll enjoy a stress-free vacation—wellness amenities, underfloor heating, and blackout pleated shades on all windows included!



On the first floor of the Nordwind vacation home, you’ll find a spacious living and dining area with a modern, open kitchen. A wood-burning stove keeps you cozy when it gets dark and a bit cooler outside. Unwind in the sauna and relax in the hot tub.



Upstairs, you’ll find two spacious bedrooms: one with a state-of-the-art box-spring bed and the other with a double bed featuring a slatted frame and a spring-core mattress, both designed to ensure a restful night’s sleep. A separate restroom is right next door.



Use the loft, which overlooks the living room, to daydream or lose yourself in an exciting book. A sofa bed offers a cozy place to stay for additional guests.



Ideal conditions for longer stays: Our Nordwind vacation home offers every comfort, including a washing machine, dryer, clothes rack, patio furniture, and much more. For our youngest guests, a high chair and a well-stocked toy box are available.

A travel crib can be booked in advance with the on-site property manager.



After a bike ride, you can store your bikes safely and dry in a spacious, lockable shed. There are plenty of electrical outlets available for charging your devices.
