The home is absolutely gorgeous, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect for walking to the pier, restaurants, and shops. Everything needed for a comfortable stay was provided. Would definitely book again.

I can’t recommend this house more. Beautifully decorated and appointed, right next to a lagoon where we could just sit and watch nature do its thing. The house is also located a short walk away from a number of shops and restaurants but ticked away on a quiet cul de sac so you get the best of both worlds. The host, Ryan, was super attentive and friendly and very quick to respond to my messages with questions about the house or a restaurant recommendation. Book this place. You won’t regret it. We’ll be back.

The house was very spacious for our extended family. The living spaces are very nice and comfortable. Plenty of room for multiple couples or a large family. The bedrooms were very comfortable. We did not use the pool but the screened porches were perfect for morning coffee/tea and evening drinks/cocktails.
The location could not be better. We were able to easily walk to all attractions near the pier/downtown.
We would/will stay here again. I highly recommend this property.
PS—the host, Ryan, is the best! A few small items were forgotten. He was very helpful in ensuring the items were returned. Great guy!

After promising the kids a getaway post- covid, we decided to combine our vacation with an 80th birthday and family reunion.If you like to cook, the house was well stocked. The bedrooms were large, clean and have great mattresses and linens. The floor plan was well laid out and bedrooms were well situated for privacy. There is one bedroom with a private bath on the first level that is great for the elderly. If you like music you may want to bring a blue tooth speaker. We especially appreciated the pool and the lagoon as the upstairs and downstairs screened in porches allowed for wildlife observation, including the Blue Heron catfish hunter, a raccoon family, turtles and plenty of lizards. We also ate most of our meals out there. The owner was very responsive to questions and recommendations. We had a great time fishing with Captain Brooks. (owner recommendation) We rented bikes and enjoyed sightseeing and riding about 10 minutes to East Beach which was huge with great sand. We did a lot of cooking but a highlight was Fiddlers Restaurant which had a great staff, food and was very scenic. Finally, the location was in a great spot for shops, breakfast spots and the Lighthouse.We would definitely return as the house was pretty much brand new but with a charm as to make it feel like a home away from home.
