The last best place on St Simons Island. Once there, you will understand. Island Attitude has unmatched privacy with a superior location. You will fall in love with this private home with 6 bedrooms and 5 baths in a completely renovated Shangri-La.
The open floor plan on the main living level is great for entertaining. Plenty of room to relax in the den around the fireplace or gathering as a family at the kitchen table. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and brand new everything! There are 3 bedrooms on the main level. Two of those with en-suite bathrooms and the third bedroom has a bath right outside the door to the bedroom. A large laundry room on the main level rounds out the first floor.
The second floor has plenty of room for late night tv watching in the comfortable den located on the 2nd floor landing. This floor also hosts two bedrooms – one with two full size beds and the other with a set of bunks. A full bathroom is located in the hall.
The third floor is a private master suite featuring a king bed with a kitchenette, sitting area and en-suite bath with walk-in shower.
Outdoor comfort? Enjoyment starts as you enter the private gate – the front porch is filled with rocking chairs. Head out the back door and you will find one of the better outdoor living and entertaining areas on the island. Brand new pool with hot tub and waterfall is just the beginning. Your outside cabana has everything you need for the perfect pool party & cook out – bar, fireplace, plenty of seating and new grill.
Approximate pool dimensions: 13 x 28 with an 8 foot shelf and 5' deep.
CHECK IN: 4:00 pm CHECK OUT: 10:00 am
Occupancy - 14: Group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (14 persons).
Pets: We love pups! Limit of 2 with a $100/pup non-refundable fee.
Parking is available for up to 2 vehicles in the front and 2 additional vehicles at the rear of the property.
HEATED POOL: Pool can be heated for an additional $450. Please make arrangements prior to your stay if you would like the pool heated.
AGE: Minimum age to rent is 25. This applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.
What to Expect in your Unit:
Linens (Bath towels and bed sheets) are provided along with a starting supply of toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towels and Trash Bags. (Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.)

Island Attitude was the perfect stay for our work trip!The home was beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable for our group of colleagues. The setting was quiet and restful, yet conveniently located to everything we needed. We’d absolutely stay here again—highly recommend!

House was great and clean. Parking was limited for the number of guests it holds. Outdoor TV died while we were watching it and had trouble getting the grill hot enough to cook steaks, but other than that it was great.

Everything about the property was perfect! Exactly as described. Very clean, welcoming, easy to find - checked all the boxes! We needed for nothing and the management team was top-notch in responding to any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again!
