Wonderful and attentive host. The property is in a fantastic location, perfect walking distance to the village. The gated parking is ideal. The pool and patio is the gem of this property, it is where we spent the majority of our stay. The showers needed some attention (the claw foot tubs on the third floor had a hole cut in the curtain for the shower head and they didn't close all the way)and the changing company may need to be given a call since there was a layer of dust on all light fixtures and fans.

We had 14 family members meeting in St Simon for a family reunion and this place was wonderful. The home has such old world charm and is decorated with such a warm style that you immediately begin relaxing the moment you walk into the place. And the location is ideal - it is just a minute walk from the beach and a 3 minute walk from the main street of the village or a 5 minute drive from a grocery store among other businesses. The place was perfect for our large group - there was common areas for us all to relax by the pool, eat or play games together while also having enough space for individuals or smaller groups seeing solace to read or have a conversation.

We were there with our three kids in their mid twenties and a niece 21 and all of their significant others.. this house was so perfect at having plenty of space and privacy for everyone but also beautiful amazing gathering spaces.. and I cooked huge breakfasts for everyone and honestly it was perfect!!I’ll be back for sure!!. You can tell it’s a home, not just a house.. it just oozes love and happiness!
