About this house rental
This gorgeous, new construction home in the desirable East Beach neighborhood is the perfect spot for your next family getaway. The open concept and natural light make this home the perfect place to stay and enjoy St. Simons Island. "East Beach Bliss" is just a short 700 yards to the beach & close to popular fishing spot, Gould's Inlet. With 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms and a spacious bunk room, there is room to comfortably sleep 16 guests. The primary suite and a queen bedroom are located on the main floor, each with their own full baths. There's plenty of space for lounging, cooking, and relaxing in the main living area. Upgraded brand new kitchen with state of the art appliances. There is also a wet bar with a mini fridge and ice maker on the main floor as well as a half bath. The second level has a king bedroom and a queen bedroom that share a jack and jill bathroom. There is a second queen bedroom with a pack-n- play and an additional full bath in the hallway. Two bunk beds - queen on the bottom and adult sized twins on the top - are the perfect place for kids and teens to stay. Laundry rooms located on both levels. Don't forget about the private backyard pool to cool off in after a hot day at the beach. Come let "East Beach Bliss" be your next vacation spot! We loved the beach (no crowds) and easy access. Sitting on porch and enjoying the pool in late afternoons was very special. My family has not been all together for several years which made this little vacation special.

This house was perfect for our 3 generation family vacation!! It was very clean and spacious - just as advertised. The kitchen was extremely well stocked. There was a small maintenance issue when we were there but Brittney responded very quickly and the issue was efficiently taken care of.East Beach was lovely and this house was conveniently located 2 blocks from beach access. We hope to return soon!
