About this house rental
Location and Luxury characterize this newly remodeled, beautifully furnished beach sanctuary, nestled in the heart of the popular beach community of East Beach. With its five bedrooms and over 5000 square feet of living space, SEAesta Beach House can accommodate up to 14 people; and, with five and a half baths, there is plenty of room for everyone to get ready for the day or an evening out on the town.
If dining at home is your preference, the spacious and well-appointed kitchen, with high end stainless appliances, provides everything you need to cook like a chef and dine in.
The main level has a large open living and dining room, kitchen & eating area along with a queen bedroom ensuite with shower. Three king bedrooms comprise floors two and three, as well as a bunk room with two double and four twin beds. Amenities abound in this palatial oasis by the sea, which includes many high definition TVs, high-speed internet, a game/media room on the second floor, and a fitness room off of the third-floor master bedroom. When you're not taking in magnificent sights on East Beach - a mere 450 yards away -you can relax on the patio or immerse yourself in the waters of the large, private in-ground salt water swimming pool. At SEAesta Beach House, "Mi casa es su casa", and we would love to make it your home away from home.

This rental was excellent!. We were 8 adults and 3 children. The bedrooms was spacious and the beds were excellent, It was very clean, the air conditioning worked perfectly and the kitchen was well stocked! St. Simons Island is delightful. Everyone loved the July 4th celebration on the beach. I couldn't have asked for more.

Our family has stayed in a wide variety of summer beach properties in Florida, Georgia, North Carolina to name a few. SEAesta, Signature Properties, and their agent Shannon are now on the top of our trip getaways. The house was a home- unlike any rentals we have stayed in previously. Signature’s cleaning team was superior. The home was fabulously equipped and the landscaping excellent! I could ramble on but suffice to say we were treated as welcomed guests not beach renters. Kudos to all!!!

We had seven adults and six kiddos. The house had enough room for all of us that we did not feel like we were on top of each other. This is the first home that we have stayed at that had a kitchen with supplies and enough pots and pans for our size of family, the property manager was available when we had questions and supplied a notebook that covered everything.

What a special property! SEAesta was beautiful, clean, fully stocked with everything in the kitchen. We enjoyed the bikes and especially the golf cart . . . So handy to drive to the Coast Guard parking lot to access the beach . . . And to drive to dinner. Pool area is beautiful . . . Spent lots of time there! The house has such an open feel but at the same time very welcoming! Shannon was prompt with responses before our stay . . . No need to contact her during our time at SSI. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!!!
