Welcome to The Three Palms Oasis Cottage. This six bedroom four bath home is located on Saint Simons Island and just across the street from the Atlantic Ocean.
On the ground level, there are two large bedrooms with queen beds, one bathroom with shower, a large central living area, and an efficiency kitchen with dining table. Both bedrooms and the living area have flatscreen televisions and use XFINITY STREAM service. To access these rooms you enter thru the back doors off of pool area. There is a covered outdoor living area with eating table for six and plenty of seating for the whole family.
To access the second floor you go up a flight of stairs, either from the front or the back. In front, there is a covered front porch with a couch, table, and several chairs. There is also a spiral stairway to an outdoor deck above the main porch, which has excellent ocean views.The main living/ dining area consist of plenty of seating around a 65 in. flatscreen television that uses XFINITY STREAM with surround sound. There is a dining area that seats six at the table, as well as an eating bar with seating for three. The kitchen is well equipped with all stainless appliances including a gas stove. There is also an adjacent closet with washer and dryer. Off the kitchen in the back you have a screened porch and door that leads to a grilling area. There are three bedrooms on this level. The master has a queen bed with ocean views, and bathroom with shower/ tub combo. The first guest bedroom is situated with a queen bed and shares a bathroom with shower with the bunk room, which has a full bed on bottom with a twin bed on top. All three bedrooms on this level are situated with flat screen televisions that use XFINITY STREAM.
Down the back stairs you will find the pool area. Around the pool you have several lounge chairs and a outdoor eating/ relaxing area. The pool and spa can be heated during those colder times for $45.00 per day.
Out back you will also find the guest cottage. This cottage has a efficiency kitchen, a breakfast nook, and a bedroom situated with a queen bed with a large flat screen TV. There is an adjoining bathroom with double vanity sink and a shower / tub combo.
This home is within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, shops, fishing pier, putt putt, light house and our local village area. Three Palms is sure to be a family favorite that you will want to come back to year after year.
Each of our properties comes with the following
Linens, towels, dishes, standard kitchenware, hairdryer, an iron, and wireless internet/cable television services. So you won’t have to start your vacation with a trip to the store, we supply you with the following essentials:
2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
1 roll of paper towels
2 trash bags
2 laundry detergent pods
2 dishwasher soap pods
1 bar of soap in each bathroom
Liquid hand soap
Liquid dish soap
