What a special treat to stay at this property! Not only are views spectacular but it’s easy to get to many great restaurants. But, the host is fabulous. Fresh breakfast delivered daily and refreshments left as a welcome. You could not ask for better and Ive traveled full time for over two years. Be ready to you those leg muscles but its worth every step!

This property exceeded my expectations, it's the perfect location to stay in Matera. You know the moment you arrive it's great with your first view from the front door and then while staying at the property it's the area all the tourists take their best picture of the Sassi old town. The host is fantastic in all ways excellent communications, great fresh cakes, focaccia & coffee in the room. We could not ask for more and would dream of staying here again on our next visit. Thank you so much to our host Rosanna for everything you did to make our stay perfect.
