Posizione ottimale, sei nel centro e al tempo stesso sei " fronte strada per quanto riguarda il parcheggio" quindi addio il sali e scendi coi bagagli, ma sei allo stesso livello della strada.
Accoglienza super anche per quanto riguarda la mia amata cagnolina. Pulizia perfetta. Luogo ideale per immergersi in una storia non molto lontana, ma piena di antiche strategie di sopravvivenza.
L'appartamento è condiviso con altri ospiti, ognuno ha il proprio bagno e camera da letto. Da condividere l'unico spazio come l'entrata/ cucina.

Excellent, super clean, naturally cool in the hot summer days without the need of air conditioning ( anyway available), comfortable and very near to the city center.
At the other side of the street there is a little square with a breathtaking view over the little but magic town.
The manager is kind, very helpful and always available.
It was a wonderful experience in a wonderful and unique place.

Siamo stati a Matera per qualche giorno e siamo stati in questa struttura. Ottima posizione, praticamente in centro. Essendo così centrale, non si arriva fin là con auto, ma nei dintorni ci sonk molti patcheggi sia gratuiti sia a pagamento. Struttura molto pulita, camera con bagno interno (non finestrato, ma non è stato un problema per noi). Letto molto comodo e temperatura perfetta anche senza aria condizionata. L'ho trovata pulita e molto accogliente!

Clean and new bathroom and toilets
Historical things preserved under the glass in the floor.
Super location.
Mold on the walls
No night light (room is absolutely black)
No shampoo/gels
Breakfast was from prepackaged from supermarket.
No Internet connection at all in the room(mobile internet does not work).
