Naxian Secret

Love this hotel. The room is spacious and comfortable. Very well fitted out with good cupboard space and extras. Pool area is fab with comfy lounges. The bed is very comfortable. The staff are divine, they couldn’t do enough for us. They organised bookings, appointments, restaurants and more. Breakfast plentiful and lots of choice.

Highly recommend! This is a family run hotel with excellent service, location, and rooms. We rented a car for exploring Naxos but could walk into the main town easily from the hotel as well as a supermarket near by. Walking distance to a wonderful beach too! The breakfast every morning was delicious and made us so happy to have it on our balcony.

The property is absolutely gorgeous. Super clean and the staff is warm and welcoming. They assisted us with taxi rides, locating a rental car and making reservations for dinner. They make a beautiful breakfast every morning and deliver to your room or poolside. So happy we chose Naxian Secret.

I thought the property was a little more centrally located but we got a rental car and it helped w that.

We stayed at the Naxian Secret from the 3rd - 10th June and it was everything we could have hoped for and more! From the offset the staff were extremely helpful and welcoming, trying to alleviate any concerns or uncertainty. We appreciated them messaging us the day before our arrival to organise our taxi transfer to the hotel. The location is great, a quick 10 minute walk to the beach, and a further 10 minutes onto Naxos town. We did the walk to town every day and didn’t find the need to pay for taxis, it was enjoyable to walk leisurely along the beach, especially at sunset. Nicolas provided a map of the island and highlighted key things to do and restaurant recommendations, which were all great. We booked the room with the hot tub which was incredible and even had 2 balconies! The room was spotless, and we really liked the decor and its amenities. Everything was thought out perfectly. The breakfasts are delicious and can be brought to your room or by the pool. Our preference was the pool, but it is nice to have the option. You choose what you would like to order the night before, and there are many options from continental to cooked. I am vegetarian and found there to be ampul choice. I particularly enjoyed the Greek yoghurt with fresh fruit, pastries, and a soya iced latte. Katerina would also make a special homemade treat to go alongside your breakfast, which could be a traditional Greek cake, pastry or crepes. It was absolutely perfect and set us up for the day. We had a couple of days relaxing by the pool, and enjoyed how quiet and peaceful the hotel is. No battling for sun beds, and it doesn’t feel busy at all. I am not sure if it stays that way throughout the peak of summer, but certainly felt like this during our stay. We would like to make a special mention to Flora, who we liaised with to book our rental car and some restaurants. Nothing was too much trouble and she was always on hand to help us in anyway.

The breakfast was delicious, with different cakes made each day which were fantastic. The staff were friendly and attentive. They were very helpful and provided lots of information about Naxos and things to do. The hotel is a short distance from the beach and a nice distance to walk to the main town (Chora) - about 25 mins.

We loved the attention to detail that this resort offered. Katerina and team were so friendly and helpful. The home cooked breakfasts included with your stay were absolutely delicious. We loved the short walk to beaches, shops and Chora. The pool and room was designed beautifully with such a relaxing ambience. Katerina was so helpful in organising places to visit, rental cars and restaurants made the stay even more relaxing and enjoyable plus homemade cake with your breakfast every morning. We would not stay anywhere else highly recommend Naxian Secret.

Breakfasts were delightful. Anything you want they have. The location was perfect. Short 20 minute walk into town. Pool and pool bar area were very nice.

Lounge chairs on the deck were not what I like but overall deck was very nice.

It is a beautiful very new property. Everything really was perfect. The rooms were immaculate and very well designed with two balconies for each which was perfect for morning and afternoon relaxation in the sun or out of the sun. But the very best part of the time here was the staff. Nikolas and Katerina were amazing! Not only were they wonderful hosts but they will book everything for you and have incredible recommendations for what to do on the island. And the breakfasts were delicious. Not to mention the homemade treats every morning that Nikolas’ mother baked. If I could give it 11 I would!

The property is absolutely gorgeous and spotlessly clean. This is a family run hotel, and they are so welcoming and friendly. We arrived to homemade lemonade (which is the best I ever had) They take great pride in the service they provide. Breakfast was incredible! I felt sad to be leaving this hotel. Nicholas and team, thank you for such a memorable stay. We look forward to seeing you again next year!

The pool is divine. It was the perfect temperature and never too busy. In fact, the small number rooms at Naxian make it a very restful location even at the height of summer. The rooms are very well appointed with mod cons, plus nice towels, linens, products etc. The breakfasts were outstanding.

It is a walk into town, but that really did not bother us - and once we had decided to walk back in the evenings via the beach, it was a nice end to the day after a good restaurant in Chora. Everything else was really good. If I was being very picky, perhaps an extra staff member at the poolside bar would have had me using it more for late afternoon cocktails.

Location is about a 15 min walk from the port (where all the action is) and only 5 mins from a bus stop and supermarket. The property was beautiful and the room was exceptional as it had everything we could ever need and was clean and comfortable. The staff were incredible! So lovely and happy to organise reservations, give recommendations etc. Breakfast was amazing, my favourite was that Nicholas’ mum would make a little something fresh everyday, we had cheesecake and walnut cake and spinach pies and more! Had the best stay and would recommend!

Super nice hotel, large and cozy room, very good breakfast and amazing staff who were there for us to help with any request. We were provided from day one all the information about the city and the island. Beach towels, umbrella and pool towels were provided everyday. The pool was very clean and looked amazing. The staff arranged for the rented car to be brought and picked from the hotel (the prices were aligned with the offers from the city). The location, though a bit of a walk to the city, provides the silence and comfort for relaxation. Overall, extremely pleased with our stay, we'll definitely be back.

Everything was perfect ! The quality of the suite, the staff is so friendly and helpful, it’s a family hotel and they are taking really good care of you. The pool, bar and all the facilities are just perfect !

Everything! Lovely rooms, great pool area and very helpful/friendly staff. Family run and it shows, with home made treats at breakfast - taken in room or by the pool. 15/20 min stroll into the town/port along the beach front, and the beach itself is only 5 mins from the property All in all - a fabulous place and we wouldn’t ever look for anywhere else when we return to Naxos

Everything! The hotel is beautiful - it’s clear as soon as you arrive there’s been so much attention to detail in every element. The rooms are huge, the pool is amazing, the home cooked breakfast every morning - and the staff, wow, they really go above and beyond to make you feel welcome in every aspect. The facilities are second to none, and the way you’re made to feel as a guest is like it’s your home while you’re there. The hotel is located a short stroll to the main town, the bus stop that will take you around the island and a very comprehensive supermarket. We cannot fault this hotel - and we’ve stayed in a lot of hotels. We just had the best, most relaxing time and can’t wait to come back!

The property is wonderful. Everything was thought out and perfectly placed from the landscape to the decor. The attention to detail is on point. The pool bar had any offering you could want. The daily breakfast was amazing with a customized order the night prior and offering

I can't say enough good things about this property! It definitely exceeding my family's expectations. The owners/staff will do anything to make your stay nicer and were able to make recommendations and reservations for whatever you need. The pool area was so nice and relaxing with the ability to order snacks/drinks at the bar. Prior to our arrival they were able to arrange transportation to and from the property and also arrange for the car rental company to drop off/pick up the car from the property. The breakfast here is homemade and absolutely amazing with many options. The best breakfast we had by far!

The property and rooms are beautiful but what makes this property so special is Nick and the family team that run the hotel. Nothing was too much trouble. The breakfasts were great with a lovely touch of complimentary home baking. Pool area also wonderful.

This is a new property and the rooms are spacious and the interior design is fantastic. The service by the staff was above and beyond. The pool area was a wonderful place to chill out.

The only downside was that the property was a 15 minute walk to Naxos centre.

Beautiful. Clean. Very friendly and helpful staff that went above and beyond. They even helped organise surprise birthday activities.

The breakfast was the best we have ever had. There was always something extra to try, and the quantity was so generous. The room was super clean and spacious with two balcony areas so there was always an area in the sun to sit. The pool was clean and well maintained. We also got a complimentary home made lemonade on arrival and some fruit and cheese by the pool. Would happily come back again. Super easy to walk to the beach and to town. And recommendations on places to eat. Our only regret was that we weren't staying for longer!

The hotel is an easy walk into town, but I would make sure you had some closed shoes as it is a little dusty and can get dark but a simple torch or a smart phone torch was adequate for the walk back from town.

thoroughly deserving of its 5 stars. immaculate accommodation finished to a very high standard. Staff were lovely and very helpful and the breakfast served on our balcony each morning was beautiful. We will definitely be back, I would highly recommend this accommodation x
