The receptionist was fantastic. Provided us with a map, and showed us where to go, even offered to drop us at the west gate entrance of the park at no charge.
When we checked out, he organised cars to drop us off at our next hotel in the city of Zhangjiajie at a discount.
Exceptional service.
Floor of the room was dusty. This could be due to the hotel is still building/developing. As it doesn’t seem to have completed building.
