The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our entire stay. The location is unbeatable, situated right within the national forest park and just a short walk to the Yangjiajie cable car! To top it off, the authentic local food served for both breakfast and dinner was absolutely amazing.

You have to stay here if you're visiting the park. The host helped us to coordinate every single little detail. She helped with tickets, reservations and even itinerary. Just book and she will assist you. The rooms are amazing with great view and facilities.
The location is top.
Please stay for at least 4 days so you can enjoy the place.
Nothing. Everything was amazing.

Kelly & her staff are amazing. She was in touch in advance to help us arrange tickets for the park. Her English was excellent. She also helped us get a taxi from the airport to the hotel. We are vegan and her chef was able to accommodate. They even provided us with sandwiches for packed lunch which was an amazing help. We had a wonderful experience. Everyone was so friendly, warm and welcoming. We also got to learn a little calligraphy while we were there. The hotel is spotless, too. I think it’s really good value for money!
