Zhangjiajie one step to heaven inn (Yangjiajie ticket office)

La ubicación y Carol, la dueña, son estupendas!!! Carol mos ayudó con absolutamente todo durante nuestra estancia (nos sacó los tickets del larque, organizó recorrido, transfer, comida etc), habla perfecto inglés. Sin duda muy muy recomendable. Al encontrarse a apenas 5-10 min andando de la puerta oeste iniciar el recorrido desde ahi (en la dirección contraria a la mayoria de visitantes) agiliza mucho el recorrido, menos masificado y sin colas!!

Le personnel extra, prêt à aider si besoin et parle anglais ! La rando sur mesure à rebours des foules c’était top, l’emplacement de l’hôtel pour entrer dans le parc à 5m à pied aussi. Pour la chambre, la propreté était niquel. Le resto de l’hôtel était délicieux et hyper pratique après une grosse journée de rando!

The staff, the food and Carol helped me a lot even before I arrive, the location is great you can walk some minutes to Zhangjiaje national park.

First of all, this place is located 500m from Park entrance. Not possible to call taxi from the airport at all, I had to ask for a help. Cold at this time, bring more warm clothes. The only place you can eat breakfast /dinner is the hotel, because there's nothing around, so it is overpriced. If you want to go to popular park places, it is hard to come back to Yangjiajie! I was having hard time coming back from Wulingyuan(another park entrance), they don't have direct transportation, so you have to take city bus for ¥10 from a bus station, then enter the park at senlin Park, take a bus to another place, then climb a hill, and take another 2 buses! You have to manage to do it until 5-6pm, otherwise you can't come back. The room balcony door was broken, I had to ask twice to close it. The toilet was not properly fixed! No cleaning during my 3 nights stay. I don’t recommend this place, unless you want to see some park views at this side. No English speaking stuff, I spoke in Chinese.
