Location is fantastic and is right in the middle of historic center but still quiet. Bed is large and comfortable but sofa bed is not comfortable as the mattress is very thin. Kitchen is well equipped though new pans are required as they are quite scratched. AC works great in the whole apt and is quiet. Place is quite spacious. We walked everywhere as it is very central and could come back in afternoon to rest as it was very hot in Florence during our stay. There are about 50 stairs to climb and there is no elevator so maynot be suitable for seniors or anyone mobility issues.

This apartment was in a fantastic location. It was very clean and. Perfect for our needs. As mentioned in other reviews there were lots of stairs, but we packed carryons so not a huge issue. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

The apartment was nice enough and the owner/manager we communicated with was extremely helpful.
On the other hand, there were two towels and two hand towels...no more. If you prefer to get out of the shower and wrap your hair in a towel and your body also, then your partner/friend goes without.
The pillows on the bed were rock hard...no "pillow" left in them.
There is one dish towel and no washcloths of any kind.
The location is great and quiet which made up for a lot.
If you're a total minimalist this one's for you.
