About this apartment rental
Apartment on the ground floor of an ancient tower in the historic center of Florence.
The apartment, recently renovated, is composed of:
. an entrance,
. a small but well-equipped kitchen with induction hot plates, a fridge and freezer, a microwave and a Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and toaster.
. The master bedroom has an LED TV and has its own wardrobe. From the room it leads to the first bathroom of the apartment, fully equipped with a bath and window.
. the living room (or second bedroom) has two sofas that are actually real beds with high quality mattresses, plus a second TV digital terrestrial and satellite LEDs.
. Second bathroom. From the living room (second bedroom) leads to a second fully equipped bathroom, with a shower cabin, and also this bathroom with window.
The apartment sleeps four people and possibly a newborn as the apartment also has a cot.
The apartment is located in the historic center of Florence, which is, in itself, a huge work of art with a myriad of beautiful museums to visit ...., such as the Uffizi, the Duomo, Giotto's bell tower, Palazzo Vecchio with Arnolfo tower, Ponte Vecchio ... and famous palaces such as Palazzo Strozzi, Palazzo Pitti, Palazzo Medici Riccardi ...

. just 204 meters (247 yards) from Palazzo Vecchio and the Uffizi Gallery

- By train - less than 10 minutes, by taxi from the Santa Maria train station

- If you come by car you can directly book the garage of the Terme, via delle Terme, which is very close to the apartment (about 80 meters). Payment must be made directly with the garage.
For your information, after crossing the Ponte Vecchio, on the left there is a good supermarket (Sapori & Dintorni, via de 'Bardi, 45 Florence) with all food products, gastronomy, fruit, vegetables, wines, drinks and more you may need during your stay in Florence.

On a scale of 1 to 10, the location was an 11. So convenient to all the major destinations. The apartment had everything one might need when traveling. A washer/dryer, an iron, blow dryer and an umbrella. Plenty of storage and the 2 bathrooms are a big plus.

Owner family was great, full of information. Location safe and in the heart of town. The beds were so new and comfortable. WiFi was top notch speed. Loved being able to wash clothes. Highly recommend

Great location right in the heart of everything. Easy to walk to major art galleries and museums. Only drawback was the lack of cleanliness. The floor was dirty and hadn’t been swept or mopped. Beds uncomfortable which was due to mattress protectors which didn’t fit properly. Took them off the beds and discovered vomit, hair, and dirt on the covers. Apartment owner needs to deal with this issue as it really spoiled our stay.
