I loved the location, is 2-3 min from the Uffizi and Piazza della Signoria. The apartment was very clean and had AC, very important during the summer.

TL;DR: Great location, but if something goes wrong, the staff will not be there for you. The staff was awful. Per Florence regulations the host has to verify your identity, and in this apartment they do it by video call — but getting hold of them was already difficult because they wouldn't answer the phone. We eventually managed it, and that was the first sign that they wouldn't be available for any issue that might come up. In our case, there was a power outage during the night and no one was reachable to help. We had a terrible night: no AC, no hot water, no fan, and no way to charge our phones. They never really addressed it — they simply told us to find the fuse box outside the apartment and fix it ourselves, and this was only after 9:30 the next morning, with each message taking 20–30 minutes to arrive. In the end they never asked whether we had fixed it, or anything else. We contacted Booking and they couldn't reach them either. The apartment itself is well placed and perfectly fine on a good day, but you're renting it on the assumption that nothing will go wrong — because if it does, you're on your own.

L’emplacement étais parfait, en plein centre ville Mais c’est tout ce qui peux nous satisfaire

Ont est rester 5 jours , nous n’avions que un tout petit échantillon de savon , autant dire que au bout de 3 lavages nous n’en n’avions plus . Que 2 papier toilettes , pareil nous n’avons pas eu assez .. la Clim ? Elle fuit dès que ont l’allume et ça goûte par terre , même avec des serviettes pour éponger l’appartement était trempé si ont la laisser un peu trop longtemps et impossible de dormir avec les goute goute qui tombe toute la nuit … cetais vraiment le pire . Le pomo de douche qui fonctionner pas aussi. Uniquement la douche du dessus.
