The location was fantastic - just up the road from Ponte Vecchio and around the corner from Palazzo Vecchio. The nighttime view of the Arnolfo Tower was taken from the terrace! It was only a short walk down to the Duomo too. The lift was quirky but very welcome in the heat of Florence in June. The air con was great.
The WiFi is very unreliable. However, I gather this is a feature of the area, not limited to this property. The kettle doesn’t switch off automatically so take care you remember to do so!

The property is very charming. Well appointed. The living dining area is very comfortable. Location is great.
I think that if you are somebody tall or big there are some challenges. The washroom is compact but workable. The sink is small and you have to work yourself into a small space to rinse off your face. Location is amazing,
